He brings humor, energy, and experience to personal appearances across the country and in lectures, classes, culinary tours, and luxury cruises. His wit and humor make culinary concepts and preservation fun and interesting. A former pastry chef for the Walt Disney Company, George is a best-selling cookbook author. His latest book, Made in California ~ The California-Born Burger Joints, Diners, Fast Food & Restaurants That Changed America was released in Fall of 2021. When not in a kitchen, he leads mouth-watering culinary tours of major cities of America and Europe. His other books include:
